Hoosiers for Beverage Choices is a statewide, grassroots coalition of Indiana citizens that believe changes should be made to Indiana’s outdated alcoholic beverage laws. We urge lawmakers to provide more options and more convenience in when and where we can purchase alcoholic beverages.

The goal of HBC is to bring Indiana’s alcoholic beverage laws into the 21st Century by promoting CONVENIENCE, REAL CHOICES, AND COMPETITIVE PRICES, all while maintaining regulations that prevent minors from accessing alcohol. Indiana retailers are keenly aware of the wants and needs of their customers and have taken note of these consumer concerns. For these reasons, trade associations such as the Indiana Petroleum Council, the Indiana Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association, and the Indiana Retail Council support this coalition.
